It contains fullerene, which is one of the strongest antioxidants, and has amazing cleansing effects. Try it also when cooking or add it to the bath. However, shungite is also widely used in the home. It benefits fish in the aquarium, but also indoor flowers. It ensures good drainage of the soil, provides plant roots with enough water enriched with minerals and nutrients. Try the effects of this mineral also with cut flowers (it will extend their lifespan) or when rooting plants. Way of use: Wash the shungite with tap water.

Fill the container in the ratio of 500 g of shungite to 5 liters of tap water. Let the water stand for ideally 12 hours. Soak in water for a maximum of 24 hours. Then drain the water and you can use it for drinking, cooking or bathing. We recommend using it, unnecessary storage reduces its energy value quickly. Do not put water in the refrigerator and do not cover the container with water. Rinse the used shungite and repeat the procedure with pouring the shungite again. We recommend using a maximum of 2-4 times, then clean the shungite. After 5-6 months of use, replace the shungite with a new one to achieve the highest water quality. Cleaning shungite: We recommend cleaning shungite regularly to renew its properties. In regular weekly cycles, let the shungite dry in the air or in the sun. We also recommend immersing the shungite in a solution of baking soda or citric acid once every 2 months.
