Apply spray on your wrist or directly on the affected body part. This product is suitable for preparing a bath: use 5 tablespoons per bath.

COMPOSITION

Water, magnesium chloride, Concentration of Mg+ 144 mg / ml

The lack of magnesium in the human body is manifested by unpleasant health problems and is the most common disorder of electrolytes in the body. Due to the absence of magnesium in the body, there are many frequent symptoms, especially in the following areas:

head - headache, weakness, migraine, nervousness, tension, depression, anxiety, concentration disorder,

muscles - stiffness of the neck, mimic and chewing muscles, muscle cramps, vertigo (paraesthesia), increased irritability (tetanus)

heart - chest pain, irregular heartbeat, rapid heartbeat,

internal organs - stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, neck cramp, gastrointestinal

In many cases it is enough to maintain an optimal level of magnesia in the body to avoid these health problems. Humans obtain magnesium from their diet. Recenty it is poorer to the natural source of magnesium and the result is the increase of population suffering from hypomagnesaemia (lack of magnesium). Magnesium in food is mainly lost due to the industrialization of the food industry, breeding of new varieties of vegetables and fruits,  technological processing of food or the overall climate change. Magnesium can be lost from food as a result of inappropriate processing or preserving. The amount of magnesia taken in food is not equal to the amount of absorbed magnesia. Of total magnesium intake, the body can absorb only 30-40%. Its absorption is lowered with the presence of fats, sugars, fiber and free calcium in the diet. Excessive drinking of alcohol, coffee and various energy drinks can disturb the optimal level of magnesium in body as well. In general, people with an increased mental load (exhaustion, stress) or physical exercise (peak athlete, hard-working), either short-term or long-term, have an increased need for magnesia. Among the people with higher magnesia need are patients with various health problems. Low levels of magnesium are often associated with diseases such as:

diabetes - obese people have up to 50% lower magnesium levels, increased magnesium supplementation reduces the risk of developing diabetes

hypertension (increased blood pressure) - increased magnesium supplementation helps to normalize blood wessel wall tension, which is reflected by improved blood pressure

ischemic heart disease (insufficient blood flow) - increased magnesium supplementation reduces the intensity and frequency of chest pain accompanying this disease

arrhythmia - magnesium helps to regulate abnormal electrical activity of the heart that is the cause of heart rhythm disorders

ischemic stroke (insufficient blood supply) - increase in magnesium intake by 100 mg daily reduces the risk of developing the disease and protects the brain after an ischemic stroke

migraine - increased doses of magnesium reduce the incidence of migraine by almost half

premenstrual syndrome (a set of physical and psychological problems of women before and during menstruation) - increased doses of magnesium significantly improve mood, reduce water retention, resulting in weight gain, inflamed belly, or tension in the breasts, reduce the incidence of migraines and improve their course.

Magnesium - in the human body participates in over 300 different biochemical reactions and to over 100 enzymatic processes. Half of the magnesium in the body is located in the cells throughout the body, the rest along with the phosphorus and calcium is stored in bones. Only 1% of magnesium is in the blood.

Other effects on the body

-       it improves mental state and protects against the effects of stress

-       it stabilizes cell membranes by interacting with phospholipids

-       assists with the acquisition and utilizes of solar energy

-       regulates thyroid function

-       a carrier of insulin, controls blood glucose level

-       has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system and is involved in neuromuscular excitability

-       it supports the function of the intestines, gall bladder and urinary bladder

-       it inhibits creation of hemorrhoids

-       it promotes longevity

-       relieves menstrual problems

-       it prevents to save calcium in the kidneys / inhibits making of kidney stones /

Another group of people with increased need for magnesia are people who are physically working, sportsmen, people with increased mental load, people suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome, people suffering from alcoholism, women taking hormonal contraception, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
